Requirements:

0–2+ years of automotive, express technician, lube technician, or related mechanical experience
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid inspections, and filter replacements
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly
Communicate vehicle findings with Service Advisors and technicians
Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist the service department in delivering an exceptional customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
