About the role

Warehouse Coordinator
Major responsibilities will include: Primary backup for Production Coordinator responsibilities; Closing and filing all open Batch Sheets in SAP, scanning batch sheets into the system; Copy and scan all daily freight orders and forward to Accounts Payable Coordinator for processing; Assist with any freight deliveries or pickups when necessary; Processes paperwork for incoming raw materials, supplies and return goods; Responsible for inventory and organization of inventory; Collect, send and track samples of finished materials; Purchase office supplies, and other miscellaneous supplies as necessary; Responsible for submitting environmental inventory to Supervisor, Environmental Manager and Safety Manager, weekly; Picks up and processes orders; Prepares goods for shipment; Prepares labels and paperwork; Operates a forklift; Repackages finished goods; Performs other duties as assigned Skills/ Requirements Minimum high school diploma or equivalent One to three years of related warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows. SAP experience a major plus. Ability to work successfully in a team environment in close proximity to co-workers and other office personnel. Great organization, planning, customer service, and people skills. No travel required.
Skills Required: Microsoft Word Intermediate Microsoft Excel Intermediate
Preferred: SAP Intermediate
Experience Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows 1-3 years: Related Warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred: SAP experience a major plus
