About the role
To lead education consulting initiatives within Sales & Marketing, the full-time Senior Director of Education Consulting will engage stakeholders, drive desired outcomes, manage change, and measure improvement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Build trusted advisory partnerships with Sales & Marketing leaders and stakeholders to align learning strategies with transformation priorities
Lead the education consulting team and solution portfolio, balancing strategic priorities and stakeholder demands to deliver impactful solutions
Define and measure ROI, KPIs, and productivity indicators to connect education investments with Sales & Marketing performance outcomes
Required qualifications
Extensive experience in learning, enablement, or education consulting roles within Sales & Marketing organizations
Proven success in building executive-level relationships and advising senior leaders on learning and change strategies
Strong consulting skills, including active listening and needs analysis
Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing dynamics, including sales readiness and campaign execution
Experience applying change management principles to enhance the adoption of new strategies and tools
