🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders✅ Drive large-scale Agile transformation initiatives✅ Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices✅ Facilitate Agile training, workshops, and transformation sessions✅ Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement✅ Use Agile metrics to improve delivery and performance✅ Support organizational change and cultural transformation✅ Align Agile delivery with business objectives and enterprise strategy✅ Influence teams and stakeholders without direct managerial responsibility🎯 Required Experience & Skills:🔸 10+ years of Agile Coaching experience🔸 5+ years of software development experience🔸 Proven experience with Agile/Product Transformations🔸 Enterprise-wide Agile transformation experience in large, complex environments🔸 Strong Change Management & Organizational Design background🔸 Experience driving cultural transformation at scale🔸 Strong knowledge of Scrum & Kanban🏆 Preferred Certifications:✔️ ICP-ACC✔️ ICP-ATF✔️ CSP✔️ SAFe SPC✔️ Equivalent Agile coaching credentials
