Salary: Electrical Engineer: $95,000–$115,000/year
Senior Electrical Engineer: $115,000–$125,000/year
Position Summary:
Seeking Electrical Engineers to support the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for industrial and manufacturing projects. These roles will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and project stakeholders from concept and design through construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning for industrial projects.
Coordinate and supervise electrical contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Develop and review electrical layouts, specifications, cable schedules, panel drawings, and technical documentation.
Support high- and low-voltage power distribution, electrical panels, cable trays, motors, drives, field devices, and control systems.
Support lighting, HVAC, fire alarm, gas detection, access control, CCTV, and building control systems.
Perform or support signal testing, loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to meet project schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements.
Support project budgeting, supplier coordination, technical specifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Controls, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, and Construction teams.
Identify technical issues, support root-cause resolution, and communicate project progress.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper closeout.
Travel to project sites and supplier locations as required.
Required Qualifications:
Electrical EngineerBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience, preferably industrial/manufacturing.
Experience with electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and industrial power systems.
Understanding of low-voltage systems, panels, cables, junction boxes, motors, drives, and controls.
Ability to read electrical drawings, cable lists, I/O lists, panel drawings, and technical specifications.
Basic PLC knowledge; Siemens TIA Portal preferred.
Strong communication and contractor/vendor coordination skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60% and temporarily relocate for projects.
Senior Electrical EngineerBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.10+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial facilities, construction, installation, or commissioning.
Experience leading electrical design and construction activities for large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
Strong experience with power distribution, facility electrical systems, technical specifications, and project execution.
Greenfield factory or major capital project experience preferred.
Experience with multinational teams, contractors, suppliers, budgeting, and project execution.
Willingness to travel up to 60% and temporarily relocate for extended project assignments.
