Purpose The purpose of this position is to assist the department with administrative functions associated with the Healthcare Network. Essential Job Functions and Duties Develop and maintain excellent relationships with providers and vendors Prepare, mail and track all contracts, including facility and physician contracts and amendments, Business Associate Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Patient-Specific Letters of Agreement Communicate with providers/groups regarding contract language questions, concerns and/or language changes Prepare, mail and track Request for Proposals (RFPs) Coordinate the provider termination process Assist in the communication of new contracts, rates and amendments to internal and external customers Assist Director of Healthcare Networks with special projects Perform the above listed position functions independently (or with limited supervision) and within time frame defined for the specific task by Fund management Sets goals and achieve measurable results Contributes ideas to plans and achieving department goals Exemplifies the Fund's BETTER Values and professional effectiveness dimensions in contributing to a respectful, trusting, and engaged culture of diversity and inclusion Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities and requirements of the job Performs Essential Job Functions and Duties with or without reasonable accommodation Essential Qualifications Years of Experience and Knowledge1 ~ 2 years of related experience minimum Some understanding of physician contracts and reimbursement required Managed care experience in provider relations, provider contracting and/or provider credentialing preferred Education, Licenses, and Certifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Hourly $25.69 - $31.44. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) as an onsite position, with flexibility to support additional locations and shifts as needed, as well as be on-call as needed.
