About the role
Overview We are seeking a Financial Analysis Specialist Advisor to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This role supports existing work with contracts including the New York Department of Education (NYCDOE) and the LA28 Olympics project, focusing on accurate and timely delivery inputs required for invoicing and monthly reporting/close activities.
Responsibilities Month-end close cycle and variance analysis
Annual planning, quarterly bottoms-up forecast cycle, and analysis
Weekly collaboration with PMO, DE, and CE to gather backup evidence for monthly and quarterly invoicing, including discussions with the customer’s procurement team
Prepare invoice backup materials for monthly and quarterly invoicing and present to the customer’s procurement team for approval
Ensure all intercompany statements of work capture costs from both legal entities (NTT Data Americas Inc to NTT Ltd North America)
Accounts receivable and balance sheet reconciliation; coordinate with the GBS team on the LA28 project
Off-cycle month-end forecast activities
SFDC support for pipeline, including model activities for deals with contract value below $3M
Additional Responsibilities Review legacy processes to support automation and AI for more effective cost tracking. Assess the prior percent-completion revenue recognition process to determine more effective alternatives and checks & balances to ensure tighter financial controls. Collaborate with the CE and Delivery teams to identify process improvements for better financial predictability. Strong communication with leadership at all levels is essential, as is the ability to drive discussions and streamline financial analytics and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits Where required by law, a reasonable pay range is provided. The starting pay range for this role is $72,500 to $135,500 per year, with actual compensation depending on factors such as experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. The position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings accounts, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability, paid time off, employee assistance, a 401(k) program with company match, and additional benefits as applicable.
