Requirements: Assists the Plant Manager in the areas of staffing, training, instructing and otherwise maintain satisfaction of the department’s work force. Appraises employee performance and makes recommendations accordingly. Enforces company policies such as safety, attendance, productivity, anti-discrimination and other work rules.
