Handled customer calls and inquiries, appointment verification and authorization calls, clerical and administrative tasks, and customer concerns with appropriate follow-up. 1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Receiving and processing all customer calls and inquiries. Handling all appointment verification, and customer authorization phone calls. Responsible for performing many of the clerical duties. Addressing customer concerns and handling follow-up.
Qualifications:
2+ years customer service or related experience. Excellent customer relations skills. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills. Excellent follow-up skills. A professional telephone manner. Experience with basic PC software programs including MS Office, Excel, Word, or related programs.
