About the role

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering to lead a team and drive OSP design, permitting, and construction activities. You will manage staff and contractors, ensure adherence to standards, and coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones. The role requires extensive OSP experience, strong leadership, and the ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and quality. Travel is occasional, and sponsorship is not offered.
