About the role
KONE is seeking a Factory Team Leader to support the Supervisor in guiding production operators and technicians. This role ensures safe, high-quality, on-time delivery of components and serves as the first interface between workers and the Supervisor.
The successful candidate will have leadership experience in manufacturing, knowledge of production processes, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. High school degree required; basic English helpful.
