About the role
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos showcasing furniture, new arrivals, customer experiences, and our team.
- Manage our local presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Maintain a content calendar targeting three original reels and two additional posts per week, plus stories on five days per week.
- Write captions and calls to action that encourage inquiries and showroom visits.
- Monitor comments and messages and coordinate customer inquiries with the sales team.
- Paid advertising:
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Test creative, audiences, and offers within an agreed budget.
- Track campaign performance and recommend ways to improve results.
- Local partnerships:
- Build relationships with apartment communities, real estate agents, interior designers, relocation businesses, and local creators.
- Conduct at least five targeted partnership outreaches per week and manage follow-up.
- Develop referral opportunities, collaborations, and local promotions that bring new shoppers into the showroom.
- Reporting:
- Provide a brief weekly update covering content, advertising results, partnership activity, and next steps.
- Help establish practical ways to track marketing-driven inquiries, showroom visits, and sales.
