About the role
- Monitor a shared inbox for your advisor pod and respond or route items appropriately
- Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars using our scheduling system
- Keep clients and advisors updated on the status of recommendations, onboarding, and service requests
- Facilitate client onboarding calls (information gathering and account opening paperwork)
- Submit account requests to our investment operations team and track progress through completion
- Help verbally confirm client money movements and route requests appropriately
- Monitor incoming cash alerts for assigned clients
- Review meeting notes to ensure documentation is complete
- Track advisor follow-ups and confirm action items are completed after meetings
- Create and maintain tasks for planning and operations teams
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records for your client group How we’re structured
- This is a pod-based role, supporting a defined group of advisors and clients
- Work is coordinated across advisors, planning, and investment operations with clear handoffs
- You’ll have ownership of your lane and the autonomy to manage priorities day to day
- $55,000–$80,000 total comp, depending on experience
