What You'll Do:
Master our product lineup and confidently present features, options, and financing solutions.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and genuine connection.
Use our advanced CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Stay sharp - Take Personal Ownership and attend training sessions to stay ahead of the curve on new models and features.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of prior automotive sales experience is required, luxury experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
- Self-starter mentality with a hunger to Improve Constantly and exceed goals.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
