Job Description: Job Title: Ballot Support
Job Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay Rate: $19.98/hr 1st
Shift: Monday - Friday (THERE WILL BEMANDATORY OVERTIME INCLUDING EARLY MORNINGS, LATE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.)
Duration: Approximately 30 Days
Job Description: Examples of Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to: * Basic/intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office, excel, and word * Ability to follow direction and work independently with some direction * Proficient in clear, effective, and professional communication across verbal, written, and electronic formats * Detail oriented * Ability to apply policies and guidelines * Capable of lifting, pulling, pushing, and bending in accordance with warehouse safety standards. * Capacity to work for prolonged periods, whether seated or standing * Ability to perform routine physical tasks * Ability to lift up to 45 lbs Examples of Duties include but are not limited to:* Operate election equipment * Prepare inventory for input into machines * Record batch reconciliation information * Provide verification of output material and other pertinent information * Review and perform quality assurance checks for various election materials, equipment, and processes * Perform related warehouse duties as required * Complete paperwork associated with the recording of election material * Maintain election equipment maintenance
