Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team. This role is responsible for executing business strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining Tiffany’s reputation as a premier destination for wine and specialty retail.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and develop staff Create schedules and manage labor through ADP Mobile Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture Sales & Customer Experience Drive revenue through merchandising, promotions, and events Lead in-store experiences including tastings and special events Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge Operations & Compliance Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures Ensure compliance with all Michigan liquor laws and internal policies Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Financial Performance Monitor sales, margins, and expenses Execute promotional strategies (wine sales, wine club, events)Analyze performance and adjust operations accordingly Qualifications 3–5+ years of retail or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and team development skills Experience with inventory, scheduling, and POS systems Knowledge of wine, beer, or specialty food (preferred, not required)Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods
