If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment and enjoys solving problems on the fly, we'd love to meet you!What Success Looks Like: Lead full‐cycle recruitment—source, screen, interview, place, and retain candidates while ensuring a strong, active pipeline. Maintain compliant documentation and handle basic HR‐related issues appropriately, supporting overall branch operations as needed.Client Engagement & Business Growth The Recruiter will build strong client relationships through regular visits, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities to expand services. Promote open roles through job postings and social media, track leads, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to match candidates effectively. Performance & Accountability Meet weekly activity expectations—interviews, leads, client visits, fill ratios—and contribute directly to gross margin goals.The Recruiter will own daily priorities by aligning work to business goals, maintaining accurate ATS documentation, and driving a strong talent pipeline. Partner closely with Talent Coordinators and branch teammates to deliver a seamless, high‐quality candidate and client experience. Champion Service, Sales, and Speed while living CoWorx values, escalating safety or risk concerns promptly.If This Sounds Like You... Experience & Skills 1–2 years of relevant experience (recruiting or staffing preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, candidates, and teammates. Solid time‐management, problem‐solving, and analytical abilities. Tech‐savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS systems and social media recruiting tools.Highly responsive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast‐paced environment. Strong desire to work collaboratively and contribute to team success. Ability to assess challenges, develop solutions, and drive results. Clear, positive, and professional communication style.Additional RequirementsAbility to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events.
