The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Responsibilities Represent secured lenders and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Handle DIP financing and cash collateral use. Develop plans of reorganization and manage asset dispositions. Conduct out-of-court workouts and restructurings. Oversee foreclosures and liability management transactions. Manage assignments for the benefit of creditors. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of law firm experience in relevant areas. Strong communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in Texas.
