Job Description: Front Desk / Administrative Assistant — Part-Time Rally Driving Academy | Ozone Park, Queens, NYIn-person position Rally Driving Academy is hiring a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Desk / Administrative Assistant. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and helps turn student inquiries into bookings while keeping the office organized.
Responsibilities: Answer calls, respond to messages, and assist walk-in customers. Explain driving lessons, packages, courses, pricing, and school policies. Follow up with interested customers and help them enroll. Coordinate driving lessons, road tests, and class registrations. Help students use our online booking system. Collect and verify student documents, including learner permits. Prepare student records, contracts, receipts, and class rosters. Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Send reminders and follow up with students who need to complete lessons or reschedule. Assist with social media posts and general office tasks.
Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized, dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Comfortable using computers, email, online calendars, and booking systems. Able to manage several tasks and follow through without constant supervision. Comfortable explaining services and asking customers to book. Previous front desk, administrative, sales, or customer service experience preferred. English and Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
Schedule: Part-time; specific days and hours discussed during the interview. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Must be able to assist customers, explain services, and handle phone calls in both languages.
