About the role

About Alrossa Alrossa is one of the larger Amazon sellers in the US. We run Amazon end to end for the brands we work with: pricing, listings, inventory, advertising and enforcement. We're known for cleaning up messy channels. We've taken brands with price erosion, grey-market sellers and unauthorized resellers and turned their Amazon presence into a controlled, profitable channel.
The Role: This is a hunter role. You'll find consumer brands that need a better Amazon partner, get in front of the owners and decision-makers, and close the deal. You'll own the process from first outreach through signed agreement, then hand the brand to our operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Brooklyn office.
What You'll Do: • Find and qualify consumer product brands that are a fit for Alrossa • Run outbound through Linked In, email, phone, trade shows and your own network • Pitch Alrossa's model and negotiate terms with brand owners, founders and sales leaders • Work the pipeline from first contact to close, and keep the CRM up to date • Represent Alrossa at trade shows and industry events What You Bring • A proven record of signing brands, wholesale accounts or retail partners. Tell us what you've closed. • Experience at an Amazon agency, 3P seller, aggregator, distributor or consumer brand, or as a manufacturer's rep • A working knowledge of how Amazon works for brands: MAP, 1P vs. 3P, and unauthorized sellers • An existing network of brand contacts is a big plus • Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-heavy structure Why Join • Uncapped commission. The more brands you sign, the more you earn. • A proven track record you can sell with confidence • Direct access to leadership, with fast decisions and no bureaucracy

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
