We operate multi-shop locations and are actively building a pipeline of talented professionals. While a position may or may not be immediately available at a specific location, we actively seek to place the right applicant in the branch that best aligns with our shop needs and your geographical preference. Current and Future Locations: Rockaway, Morris Plains, Flanders, and Wharton.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, productivity-driven Automotive Technician who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who synergizes with the shop crew to strengthen the overall business through efficient, high-quality work output.

Qualifications & Experience
Shop Experience:
A few years of independent repair shop experience, OR extensive experience working on a diverse mix of Asian, Domestic, and European makes and models. Diagnostic & Software Skills: Proficient in navigating industry-standard shop software such as Alldata and Identifix. Tech-Savvy Adaptability: Wall Automotive utilizes Tekmetric as our dedicated management platform. Complete onboarding and training will be provided to show you how this platform maximizes profit, streamlines workflow, and seamlesses communication from Technician ➔ Service Writer ➔ Customer. Key Personal Attributes Team Synergy: A true team player who collaborates effectively to maximize shop efficiency and output. Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly explain vehicle issues and work requirements to the service writing team. Professional Work Ethic: A positive attitude, a growth mentality, and a commitment to prompt, consistent attendance.
