About the role
To enhance the effectiveness of field teams, the fully remote Axero/Compass Operations & Field Communication Specialist will manage the administration and continuous improvement of the Compass knowledge platform, create user-friendly documentation, and serve as a key point of contact for communication requests.
Key responsibilities
Shape and improve the Compass platform to ensure it serves as an intuitive resource for franchisees
Create and maintain clear documentation to keep teams informed and prepared for success
Lead the publication of the Area Director version of the Camradarie magazine, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Required qualifications
Experience developing and maintaining documentation or knowledge management systems
Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Experience managing content management or learning platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
