Composite Molding Technician Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:30pm)As a Carbon Composite Technician, This role is crucial for the production of high-quality composite components, working under close supervision to perform essential layup, trimming, and preparation tasks.

Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x 10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities: Perform basic layup of composite materials according to specifications and work instructions. Accurately cut, trim, and shape composite materials using various hand tools. Prepare composite parts for further processing, including debulking and bagging procedures. Operate and maintain basic hand tools and equipment used in composite manufacturing. Inspect materials and work in progress for quality and adherence to standards.

Required Qualifications: Prior experience in assembly or mechanical roles. Familiarity with composite materials or manufacturing processes. Demonstrated ability to perform basic layup, trimming, and preparation tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods, up to a 10-hour shift. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, potentially repetitively.
