We work with a variety of properties, including single-family home developments, condominium communities, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. Our services include landscape design and installation, irrigation, hardscapes, and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution. Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas. Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance. Uphold quality and safety standards during project execution.
Requirements: Must possess 1-2years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential. Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
Leadership Skills: Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.
Valid driver’s license required, as this role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
