Job Description: We are seeking experienced Recruiters to support a high-volume hiring push across sales and corporate functions. You will run a full desk from sourcing through offer, partnering closely with sales leaders and other hiring managers. Strong performers will be considered for permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, from senior sales executives to junior account executives, across multiple U.S. territories. Provide hiring support for select finance and people team openings as needed. Proactively source and engage passive talent, including sales professionals from SaaS, marketing, and commercial real estate backgrounds. Partner with sales leadership to understand team needs, compensation structures, and the selling environment. Screen, present, and move candidates through interviews and offer stage with strong communication. Track pipeline activity and metrics, including screens completed, interviews executed, and candidates presented.
Qualifications: Experience running a recruiting desk independently, with solid tenure. Background hiring sales talent and a strong understanding of commission-based roles. Proven ability to source aggressively and build top-of-funnel pipeline. Experience with nationwide or multi-market recruiting is a plus. Familiarity with proptech or commercial real estate sales organizations is a bonus. Energetic, driven, and excited about consumer technology.
Additional Details: Multiple openings, and sourcing-focused and full-cycle profiles may both be considered. Stable work history and tenure is strongly preferred.
