MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (CSi) is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Project Manager to join our team, supporting a key government customer in Carol Stream, IL. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective maintenance of leased properties by collaborating closely with landlords and managing various building vendors.In this role, you will oversee the complete spectrum of technical and administrative tasks associated with delivering major repair and alteration projects across US Postal Service facilities within a designated geographical area. You will also serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise and guidance to team leaders, contractors, and staff on all project-related issues.The position will initially require on-site work at a USPS customer location for several months, with flexibility for 1 day of telework once established.Join us in making an impact through leadership and technical excellence!ResponsibilitiesManage architect/engineer contract administrationProvide technical expertise for the facilities major repair and alteration projects and programs within the areaIdentifies risks, potential threats, and bottlenecks in projects; analyzes and assesses potential project impactDevelop and implement proactive strategies that assure accomplishment of program objectivesReview repair and alteration drawings and specifications for compliance with design standards and to assure best value decisionsCoordinate repair projects and small to medium alteration projectsResponsible for the coordination and completion of projectsOversee all aspects of projectsSet deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projectRequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in architecture, construction management, or engineering (civil, structural, electrical, or mechanical).
