About the role

Terros Health is seeking a Chief of Health Center Services (CHCS) to join the Executive Leadership Team in Phoenix. This role oversees strategic, operational, and clinical performance across Arizona health centers, driving whole-person care and value-based models in a multi-site, integrated setting. As CHCS, you will partner with the CMO/COO, ensure program expansion, and lead large interdisciplinary teams while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial stewardship.
