About the role
- Oversee complex client portfolios across all plan types, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery in collaboration with senior team leads and analysts.
- Lead client engagements—both virtual and in-person—covering performance methodology, benchmark construction, performance reporting, plan structures, and scenario analysis.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the full Performance and Analytics product suite, identifying solutions and opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
- Champion client-facing technology, driving adoption and training for both internal and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure client deliverables and performance metrics are met, maintaining documentation and adhering to risk and compliance standards. Develop and execute remediation plans as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that elevate client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
