Support the issue management process, remediation, implement controls, and manage RCIMs Support new working practices and processes to meet changing needs of Amex risk management policies Support and embed a strong culture of risk management, compliance, and governance across the business Partner closely with multiple stakeholders such as GCX Product, Technologies, Legal, Compliance, and Operations Support various audits and internal control assessments Qualifications Change Management - Ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed organization. Relationship Builder & Collaborator - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners, effectively influencing and managing stakeholders, across geographically/culturally diverse teams globally. Risk Management - Practical experience managing / supporting Issue Management processes, RCMs and / or Control Management for a Product Organization. Agile - Prior experience working in an agile environment. Flexibility - Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and overcome/steer around obstacles and adversity.
