Evening ReceptionistWe are seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Evening Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, managing front desk operations, and supporting daily administrative tasks during evening hours.Part-time, 3:00 PM 9:00 PM (flexibility may be required, including weekends)Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist all customers and visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls efficientlyManage customer check-ins and notify appropriate staff of arrivalsMaintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and waiting areaHandle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and message takingAssist with scheduling appointments as neededSupport team members with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operationsQualifications:Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)Reliable and punctualWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly paySupportive and team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to grow within the company
