We’re Hiring! Pre-Closing Processor – All Locations Full-Time
Reports To: Branch Manager Works Directly With: Pre- and Post-Closing Processing teams, Branch Manager and Branch Settlement Officers.
SUMMARY: Eagle Title is an award winning, faced paced title company, seeking an experienced, problem-solving individual to process, close and review residential title files. RESPONSIBILITIES: Taking a residential title file from inception through closing with persistent attention to detail and follow up. Ensuring compliance with contracts, settlement statements, mortgages, deeds, and policies of title insurance. Verifying that monetary amounts are correct to satisfy all mortgages, taxes and judgments, and overseeing the collection of all fees and charges associated with the settlement. Preparing and reviewing documents necessary for settlement. Coordinating with buyers, sellers and real estate agents to obtain all of the information necessary to facilitate a smooth settlement experience. Reviewing all legal documentation to ensure that it is accurate, properly notarized and recorded, and prepared and submitted in proper form. Updating proprietary software with follow-ups, results, and other data entry.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 1-2 years of working knowledge of the Real Estate and or Title Industry Proactive Integrity Organization Teamwork Proficiency in Qualia preferred Active notary preferred Exceptional ability to prioritize Forward thinking with an ability to work proactively. The Pre-Closing Processor is a full-time position with competitive benefits.
Salary Requirements: $22/hr – $31.25/hr
