Position Overview: The Art and Art Education Department seeks a Student Worker to support the department Chair and Program Assistant. This role helps ensure office duties and the workflow of the Chair and Program Assistant.

Responsibilities: Assisting the Department Chair and Program Assistant Organizing paperwork and documents Utilizing computers, printers, scanners, and Google Workspace Learning Objectives Google Workspace, such as Docs, Drive (such as folders and drives), Sheets, and Slides Organizational skills Communication and attention to detail

Required Qualifications: Organization, such as proper labeling of files Responsible with time management and communication Utilizes Google Workspace and printers, scanners, and copiers.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with WordPress or open to receiving training with it.
