About the role

Infinite Roofing and Roof Maxx is hiring a Roofing Sales Closer to convert warm leads into signed contracts in the Hayward/East Bay area. This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales role with uncapped weekly commissions and a company truck. You will handle in-home appointments, present options at the kitchen table, overcome objections, and close deals for roofing projects. Experience in roofing or home-service sales is required.
