The successful candidate will be a key member of the Business Development team, with a primary focus on client management, the development of new business, and the execution of business development initiatives. This role is highly client-facing and will be evaluated based on the ability to generate new and repeat business. Key responsibilities include the identification of new business opportunities, leading and assisting in client management, and continuously engaging with both potential and existing clients to foster and maintain relationships. Applicants for this role should be fluent in English, with additional languages being desirable. Excellent people skills are essential, as is a demonstrable track record in engaging with deal team members at private equity funds. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work across global teams, and have a client-facing background in management consultancy, investment banking, law, policy, or intelligence. The role requires the ability to proactively engage with clients, manage expectations, and work with the execution team to ensure client satisfaction.
