About the role

Leading a team of skilled consultants, the full-time Manager of Advanced Support Consulting will oversee the delivery of exceptional post-implementation services and technical solutions to clients while fostering cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Advanced Support Consultants, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training Serve as an escalation point for key clients, coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Monitor team performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Required Qualifications 2+ years of team lead or management experience in a SaaS professional services organization Proven experience in a technical support or consulting role, preferably in the software or technology sector Strong understanding of system configurations, technical troubleshooting, and support processes Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly Experience working with non-profit and government organizations is preferred
