Job Description: Bilingual Receptionist — Part-TimeSYNERGY Home Care of the West Valley | Goodyear, AZSYNERGY Home Care of the West Valley is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized receptionist to support our office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and can manage several tasks throughout the day.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, part-time, fewer than 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish, assist callers, and direct calls to the appropriate team member. Welcome caregivers, applicants, clients, and visitors to the office. Take accurate messages and follow up with the office team. Assist with data entry, filing, document collection, and maintaining accurate records. Support communication with caregivers and applicants. Use Axis Care to look up information, document communications, and assist with office tasks. Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Strong customer service skills and a professional, welcoming phone manner. Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Comfortable using computers, email, and office software. Dependable and available to work Monday–Friday.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Axis Care. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience. Experience in a home care or healthcare office. Join a team that helps caregivers and clients feel supported from their first call to the office!
