Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics$115,000 Remote (East Coast Hours) Marketing Analytics & Advertising The Organization A fast-growing analytics-focused marketing organization is hiring a Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics to help drive reporting excellence and strategic decision-making across a portfolio of client accounts. This organization combines media strategy, performance measurement, and advanced analytics to help brands better understand and improve the impact of their marketing investments.
The Role: The Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics will serve as a key leader within the analytics function, overseeing reporting operations, delivering strategic insights, and ensuring clients receive clear, actionable recommendations from complex marketing and media datasets. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams while acting as a trusted resource for both clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes team leadership responsibilities, supporting the development of junior analysts and ensuring high-quality analytics delivery across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities include:
  • Driving reporting and analytics initiatives across multiple client engagements
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports
  • Identifying meaningful trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities across marketing campaigns
  • Converting data into compelling stories and business recommendations
  • Managing project timelines and coordinating deliverables across internal and external teams
  • Supporting client communications and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders
  • Leading and mentoring junior analytics professionals
  • Reviewing analytical output to ensure accuracy and maintain reporting standards
  • Enhancing reporting processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
  • Collaborating with account, planning, and technology teams to support client objectives The Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, insights, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts
  • Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting solutions for business stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse technologies
  • Experience utilizing Funnel.io or comparable ETL and data integration platforms
  • Experience working with Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualization tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with attribution, incrementality testing, media measurement, or media mix modeling preferred
  • Agency, media, advertising, or client-services experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
