U.S. Sales Manager - Fume Hoods & Laboratory Furniture Top Air Systems manufactures laboratory fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, laboratory furniture, and other laboratory safety equipment, serving customers in the U.S. and more than 50 countries worldwide. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on U.S. Sales Manager to grow our U.S. business, with a primary focus on expanding our distributor and dealer network.
What We're Looking For: Recent sales experience in the U.S. fume hood and/or laboratory furniture/casework market. Established relationships with relevant U.S. distributors and dealers. Experience developing and managing distributor/dealer channels. Relationships with laboratory planners, architects, consultants, and other industry partners are highly valued. A hands-on salesperson who can personally develop new accounts, projects, and partnerships. Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.General scientific instrumentation, diagnostics, or medical device sales experience alone is not sufficient for this position. Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000, depending on relevant experience and industry relationships, plus: Uncapped sales commission Incentives for developing new distributors Management performance bonus This position will work directly with Top Air management and will also manage an existing U.S. direct-sales representative.
