- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ductless)
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency & reliability
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Represent Air Support with professionalism and integrity
- (Must-Haves)2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical issues clearly
