Candidates for the VP of Corporate Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a degree in business, marketing, or communications. A minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue leadership, and at least 5 years of experience in leading and developing sales teams, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating with marketing organizations. Strong expertise in B2B sales methodologies, CRM platforms, and a customer-focused, results-oriented mindset are essential. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills, as well as the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
