You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Benefits: Competitive compensation - apply to learn more Referral Bonuses Flexible schedules First uniform top free Training Assistance with housing/childcare program Fast track to hire process Responsibilities With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to: Social companionship Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings Standby assistance with transfers Overnight safety assistance

Qualifications: No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state)Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shiftsA compassionate heart for older adults Must possess excellent communication skills Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
