What We Offer: Pay of $20 - $21 based on the shiftFirst Shift | 6:00 AM 6:00 PMThird Shift | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 continental schedule (includes weekends) Temp-to-hire opportunityPPE providedWhat We're Looking For:35 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycling facility 1+ years of injection molding experienceExperience in electrical repairs and general equipment maintenanceStrong mechanical and math skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent communication skills and attention to detailHigh School Diploma or GED preferredWhat You'll Do as an Injection Molding Technician: Set up and configure production machines and perform shift-start quality checksMonitor machine parameters and product quality throughout the shiftLoad raw materials and ensure material differentiation to avoid contaminationTroubleshoot and repair frontline machinery, including electrical componentsPerform inspections, routine maintenance, and quality control checksExecute mold changes and robot configurations for injection molding processesMaintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) and oversee machine cycle timesIdentify and report faults, production issues, and improvement opportunitiesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelinesPerform other duties as assigned
