Summary The Boutique Director leads the Westfield UTC boutique, serving as the brand ambassador and ultimate leader on site. This role focuses on developing boutique leadership, delivering elevated client experiences, and driving business performance against sales and operational targets. The Director will represent the brand in the market and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Responsibilities Coach and develop boutique staff and leaders to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business goals Drive sales performance through strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement Represent the boutique in the market through community engagement, partnerships, and events Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and client experience are consistently upheld Requirements Minimum 7 years of related experience in luxury retail or boutique management Bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform in-store managerial duties Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays Excellent communication skills, passion for the brand, and customer‑focused leadership; foreign language skills preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
