Job Description: Job Description We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our Fleet Services team in a full-time office position. This role will primarily support the day-to-day administrative needs of Fleet Services, including processing invoices and purchase orders, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities: Process and enter invoices Create and process purchase orders (POs)Perform accurate data entry and maintain records Assist with general Fleet Services office and administrative needs Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed

Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel Good organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through Previous experience with invoices, purchase orders, or data entry is a plus Automotive, fleet, parts, or service-related experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver’s license
