Pro-shop Attendant At D-BAT O'Fallon, we're more than just a premier baseball and softball training facility- we're a community dedicated to helping athletes reach their potential. From youth players to collegiate prospects, we provide top-tier instruction and a positive environment that fosters growth and passion for the game. We're looking for friendly, energetic, and organized Pro-shop Attendant who thrives in a sports environment. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a high-volume sports facility and see firsthand what it takes to run successful programs and engage athletes and their families. Greet players, families, and coaches with a positive and welcoming attitude Manage scheduling for lessons, camps, clinics, and facility rentals using booking software Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, programs, and events Assist in selling memberships with knowledge about benefits of joining, etc. Facilitate check-ins for camps, clinics, lessons, cage rentals, and special events Process payments and maintain accurate records Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and retail area Assist management with minor administrative and facility-related tasks Assist with set-up and breakdown of training areas and events as needed Restock refrigerator and concession stand as needed. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Passion for baseball, softball, or sports in general
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Software requirements using Microsoft Office with the ability to learn other systems
  • Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time
