Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and provide professional support by phone. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people, identifying customer needs, and developing valuable customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance. Listen carefully to customers and identify their needs. Assist with routine customer questions and concerns. Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs. Follow up with customers when additional assistance is required. Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives. Assist with customer outreach and lead generation activities. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to appropriate team members. Support sales opportunities by providing clear product and service information. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer service and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor. Customer-focused attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Ability to remain organized while handling multiple responsibilities. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
