Automotive Dealership ReceptionistAs an automotive dealership receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering all calls and transferring them in a professional and timely manner as well as meeting other dealership needs (gas cards, dealer plates etc.).ResponsibilitiesOperate telephone switchboard/demonstrate telephone etiquetteGreet customers promptly and determine the nature of their visitDirect customers to the appropriate departmentMaintain lounge area and copy area--keep these areas stocked and organizedAssign and keep record of dealer plates/loaner vehiclesTake down payments from customers per their financing profileQualificationsDemonstrate effective communication, both verbal and writtenStrong prioritization and organizational skillsAbility to effectively respond to and resolve customer needs and problemsDemonstrate a willingness to take extra measures whenever necessary to provide excellent customer service and supportBasic knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office ExcelAt the Mark Auto Group family of dealerships, we offer all the standard benefits packages and much more!
