Wealth Advisor — Presenter & Business Development Wall Street Alliance Group | Independent Wealth Management FirmWall Street Alliance Group is seeking a confident presenter and relationship-driven sales professional to help grow our high net worth client base, with a particular focus on physicians and business owners. We are one of Osaic’s fastest growing branch offices, with approximately $1.5 billion in assets under management as of September 26, 2026. Our firm provides comprehensive financial planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning coordination, and retirement plan strategies. This role is ideal for someone who can engage an audience, build trust with prospective clients, and guide them from an initial conversation through the decision to join our firm. You will work closely with our financial planning team to present tailored recommendations and explain the value of a comprehensive advisory relationship. This position requires travel to conferences, seminars, and client events, as well as evening hours for presentations, prospect meetings, and follow-ups. Some weekend attendance is also required based on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging educational presentations to physicians and other high net worth professionals at conferences, seminars, association events, and webinars. Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals, concerns, and planning needs. Present financial plans prepared with our planning team and clearly explain recommendations, services, fees, and next steps. Manage prospect follow-ups consistently, answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospects toward engagement. Develop relationships with physician associations, professional organizations, and referral partners. Travel to networking events and represent Wall Street Alliance Group professionally. Conduct evening presentations and prospect meetings to accommodate clients’ schedules. Coordinate with wealth advisors, financial planners, tax specialists, and estate planning professionals on complex prospect situations. Maintain accurate prospect records, meeting notes, and follow-up activities in the firm’s CRM.Help transition new clients to the onboarding and service teams. Meet agreed-upon business development goals while following firm compliance requirements.
Qualifications: Experience in wealth management, financial advisory sales, or business development serving high net worth clients. Series 7 required Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly. Demonstrated success building relationships, managing follow-ups, and converting qualified prospects into clients. Working knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning. Strong interpersonal skills, professional judgment, and attention to detail. Ability and willingness to travel and work evening hours, with occasional weekend commitments. CFP® designation preferred. Relevant securities registrations and advisory licenses, or the ability to obtain those required for the role. Experience working with physicians, medical practices, or professional associations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.401(k) plan. Health insurance. Paid time off.
