About the Role: The Collector II helps Clicklease maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling customer conversations, analyzing financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals. The TeamYou'll join the Collections team, a group focused on balancing customer experience with business outcomes. The team works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage a portfolio of delinquent customer accounts
  • Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines
  • Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account activity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • What You HaveHigh school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer contact experience 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience
  • Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • What Will Make You Stand OutExperience managing a personal portfolio of accounts
  • Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutions
  • What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scores
  • Effectively manage assigned portfolio volume and maintain productivity targets
  • Demonstrate strong compliance and documentation accuracy
