About the role
Keyholder We’re seeking a polished and customer-focused Keyholder to support a luxury retail store. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who can take on leadership responsibilities and support the team in delivering an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities:
Support daily store operations and sales floor activities Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service Drive sales and assist the team in achieving store goals Act as a leader on the sales floor and support associates throughout the day Assist with opening and closing procedures Handle keys, cash management, and other store operational responsibilities Support inventory, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom organization Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards Help train and support new team members Step in as a point of contact for the team when management is unavailable
Qualifications:
1+ year of retail experience; luxury or premium retail preferred Previous keyholder or leadership experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Professional, polished, and client-focused Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable taking initiative and working independently Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment
